Most IT doesn't fail because of the technology, but because nobody truly understood the problem. We flip that around: we listen until we know the workflow — the meeting room, the loading dock, the ERP — and then build exactly what helps. Nothing more.
Over the years, this has grown into real products: RoomCast for digital signage, AndockGate for truck self-check-in, plus Softphone, License Server and Webhosting. All of them emerged because a client had a concrete problem.
